Cooney’s Treats’ is a nostalgic mural recreating a shop in a terrace in Dundalk, County Louth. The scene features brightly painted Georgian doors, fanlights, and sash windows, along with a glimpse of Browns Row, which once lead to the docks. Cooney’s shop window display of baked goods and sweets, set against net curtains, draws us in. The Racing Car Green colour of the shop was very popular in the past. There was one life here. Now it is just a mere facade.
